What to Expect during the appointment:

• Please have your horse groomed and rider is dressed to ride.

• History of horse, rider and saddle is recorded.

• Horse is evaluated for symmetry and is palpated to detect any reactivity. 

• Handler will walk and trot the horse in a straight line for movement evaluation.

• Tracing/Templates are taken for reference.

• The Integrity of the current saddle is checked.

• Static evaluation of the saddle with horse standing square.

• Evaluation under saddle with rider up including walk, trot, and canter.

• Findings and options will be discussed including flocking adjustment or saddle pad use with/without shims.  If adjustments are made rider will ride again to reevaluate changes.
